Custom AI systems for owner-led businesses

Your business keeps moving, even when you step away.

I build systems that handle the research, content, ads, pages and admin that fill your week. The work gets done, you review it, and you have time for something other than keeping up.

About

You shouldn’t have to do everything yourself.

I’m Jonas. I’ve worked in social media and content since 2018. For one client, I grew an Instagram account from almost nothing to 120,000 followers. I did all the work by hand: every post, caption and reply. The results were great, but keeping it all going took a huge amount of time and energy.

I started using AI to take some of that work off my hands. Small automations came first. Later, I built applications, including a video editor that cuts and captions automatically, and a content system that turns one recording into a week of posts. I could produce better content in much less time.

Today, I build systems like these for other business owners. I build around how your business already works, bringing the tools and tasks together in one system you oversee. You review the work and decide what goes ahead.

The idea

You were handed a longer lever. Most owners are still lifting by hand.

When there’s more work to do, you usually end up doing it yourself or hiring someone. AI makes another option possible: building a system that can take on more of the work as your business grows.

Using AI one prompt at a time still leaves you responsible for every step. You start the task, provide the information, check the result and put it where it belongs. It saves time, but everything still waits for you.

A system gives AI the knowledge, tools and instructions to carry the work further. A new lead comes in and gets a relevant reply. A recording becomes a week of content, ready for review. Recurring admin gets handled without you having to remember and initiate each task.

You decide what it can do independently and where your approval is needed. More of your time goes into setting priorities, making decisions and shaping the business you want to run.

What I build

Three systems, working from the same knowledge of your business.

  1. 01Paper model of stacked plates labelled AI Operating System: memory, agents, tools, approval.

    AI Operating System

AI set up to handle everyday work on its own.

If you’ve tried AI tools but still end up doing most of the work yourself, the setup is often what’s missing. I connect them to your company knowledge and tools, with clear instructions for how you want the work done.

    • A memory of how your business works, the decisions you’ve made and what good work looks like to you
    • Agents that can use your existing tools and see tasks through
    • Clear rules for what runs automatically and what needs your approval

The work it takes on depends on what you need. Research, drafting, follow-ups and the admin that comes around every week are usually good places to start.

  2. 02Paper model of stacked plates labelled Content System: carousel, LinkedIn, short video, newsletter.

    Content System

Half an hour on camera gives you content for the week.

    • Your recording becomes a carousel, a LinkedIn post, a captioned short video and a newsletter
    • Before writing anything, we build a voice profile from how you speak and write, so the content sounds like you
    • One place to review, approve and schedule everything across your platforms

That takes the weekly editing, captioning and rewriting off your hands.

  3. 03Paper model of stacked plates labelled Speed to Lead: reply, qualify, sort, notify.

    Speed to Lead

Every lead gets a reply in your voice, within a minute, day or night.

    • A reply that answers their enquiry and asks the questions you’d usually ask
    • Leads organised by who they are, what they need and whether they’re a good fit
    • The most promising enquiries sent straight to your phone
    60×

Businesses that respond within an hour are more than 60 times as likely to qualify a lead as those that wait 24 hours or longer.

When you call, you already have some context, and they’ve had a response while their interest is still fresh.
